Southern Rockets captain Leigh Drennan says the Kayo deal was a big win for the players participating.
“To have a broadcaster like Kayo involved in the inaugural BPL is outstanding for us players. It gives us a platform to showcase our skills to the world and who knows where those opportunities can lead. As players, we’re all super excited about kicking off this weekend; there has been a lot of hype about the BPL ever since the auction was held. Now it’s time for the action and I can’t wait!” says Drennan.
The Kayo partnership caps off a big 24 hours for the BPL with yesterday’s announcement of its major partner Mazda.
